Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to our terms and conditions.
  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
  • Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code that will work for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. The Latch app is required for use during your stay.

  • This unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building; an elevator is available onsite.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 21 years. Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
  • No pets allowed. Maximum pets allowed: 0.
  • GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
  • All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
  • All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.

Fees and Payments

  • Air Mattress ($50 each - 1 per unit).
  • Pack & Play and Highchair: GoodNight Stay is partnered with a baby equipment rental service. Please inquire if you'd like to take advantage of this amenity. This is an add-on and not included in your reservation.

Parking Information

  • Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises. If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or if you have extra vehicles, street parking is available.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Guests have access to building amenities including a building-exclusive pool, gym, community grills, outdoor ping pong, lounge areas around the firepit, and rooftop escapes offering panoramic views of the city.
  • The pool is open seasonally, typically between early spring months and the end of October from 10AM to 10PM at the discretion of the HOA. This year the pool will be open on March 1st, 2025.
  • Kitchen and bathroom starter amenities are provided: Kitchen set includes 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters. The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can. Two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom are provided. Additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.

Luggage Holding Service

  • Complimentary service to hold your luggage for a designated period. Subject to availability.
  • The luggage holding service is available from Monday - Sunday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.
  • Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security.
  • The property is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and deadbolts. Self check-in/check-out is available. All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable for risks, injury, or damages.

  • This building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and some units may experience noise from passing trains. Not all units are affected.
  • The location is in downtown Nashville. Guests may encounter city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, and construction, as well as see individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter.
